- Applicants must be medically fit

- Applicants must be Nigerian by birth or descent

- Applicants must possess a National Diploma (ND) or its equivalent from a recognized institution
- Applicants must have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program

- Applicants must be of good character and have no criminal record
- Applicants must be Nigerian by birth or descent

- Applicants must possess a minimum of five (5) credits in not more than two (2) sittings in WASSCE/NECO/GCE/NABTEB, including English and Mathematics
